The last few posts have featured simple, easy to prepare, dishes that pair well with lots of other things to create flexible meals. Flexibility, is an important key in kitchen life.
This snack is hearty enough to carry you through until the next meal, or even be the next meal–add crisp bread or seeded gluten free crackers. I make this when I have one super-ripe avocado then extend with hummus. Don’t forget the drizzle of olive oil, some herbs (mint and cilantro) and that Bijouxs favorite, sumac.
