Sea of Rubies Punch

Adapted from Elle Magazine

4 bottles (4 liters) Cava or Prosecco (sparkling wine)
8 cups of fresh tangerine juice
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 4 limes
1/2 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish
tangerine zest to garnish glasses (optional)

Mix sparkling wine with the tangerine, lemon and lime juices in a large punch bowl. Add the pomegranate molasses and stir well. Add ice and sprinkle loose pomegranate seeds on top.
