This is a just a post to let my loyal subscribers know how Bijouxs, those little jewels from the kitchen, are really a part of my everyday life.
It’s been a blustery, hot and rainy few days here, complete with electricals (lightening) pulsing energy into an otherwise calm LA environment – and creating energy surrounding Bijouxs.
It’s Sunday suppertime…calm at last. Thank goodness my Bijouxs are in place.
I pulled a portion of Bijouxs No. 8 Chicken with Green Olives and Preserved Lemon from the freezer. Oh no, I am out of couscous in my pantry, so I spread the last remnants of homemade harissa on a piece of frozen Indian Nan bread and voila – a mixed-up meal of sorts – combining a few wonderful food components into delicious.
That’s the beauty of a Bijouxs kitchen – there is always a little jewel waiting for you.
