CHINESE NOODLES
The recipe begins with Asian style noodles, such as Chinese, stir-fry, ramen or soba noodles, your choice. Many times I use which ever noodle I happen to have on hand.

1-2-3 RECIPE
There are basically 3 steps in the recipe. 1. Cook the noodles and drain 2. Slice the scallions and sauté in large pan with oil until soft. 3. Add the cooked drained noodles to the scallions and finish with soy, sesame oil, a touch of maple syrup, top with toasted sesame seeds. 1-2-3!
