I love the beautiful city of Seattle. The restaurants are fabulous! Of course there is the famous Pikes Place Market, where fresh fish are the stars.Â
Just a little ways away in Post Alley is the one of my favorites The Pink Door. Yes, there really is a pink door!
CAESAR SALAD
The food at the Pink Door is fantastic and the Caesar Salad is not to be missed. Just make a jar of my Caesar Dressing, for the salad  and use for so much more. To serve, toss Romaine lettuce leaves in a large bowl with the dressing. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked Black pepper. Toss in a few croutons too. Place on the salad on o large platter and served family style.

NOTE: This beautiful platter was my Grandmother’s. The mark says “Homer Laughlin The Angelus:. I have been unable to find pieces of this pink pattern anywhere. Let me know if anyone finds it.
